Included in your Monthly Fee

For personalized services requested of the Concierge, you pay only for the Personalized Services. There is no Concierge Fee for arranging these services for Rockwood residents.

Encore Services include services that require more planning time from the Concierge and other Rockwood Staff, and do include a small nominal Encore Fee. The resident is responsible for the fees of service providers (except as noted).
