The Rockwood Supportive Services Program (SSP) helps to empower seniors to live independently as long as possible and accomplishes this through specialized in-home care services, allowing for worry-free care transitions for seniors and their family. Flexible managed home care through one of our preferred providers* allows The Rockwood SSP to perfectly match the amount of care to your specific needs. Meaning, your needs are met and you only pay for the services you choose.

When you feel the time is right, we will schedule a consultation to discuss the services you or your loved one needs.

*The Rockwood Supportive Services Program has home health care providers with whom we have worked and can highly recommend. You are certainly welcome, however, to choose the another provider that you might prefer You always have the final say in who provides for your care.
